Taster at brewery. Near black pour, thin cap of beige head, solid lacing. Roasty aroma, woody, nutty. Taste is light, sweet roasty malts with a hint of smoke. Well balanced.

On tap at the Avimor brewery/taproom Black pour with thin light sticky tan lacing. Modest hop bite on this otherwise smooth toasty beer. A little lingering hoppiness at the end.

On tap at the brewery pours out black topped with a tan head. Nose is nice light roast malts touch of pine and citrus. Taste is more of the nice light grain roast pine citrus hops combo.
