250ml @ Ryan's (thx for the beer, man!).
Aroma: a bit meaty, oak, slightly inky, bold.
Taste: along the same lines, very boozy.
Overall: harsh and misses balance, very hot. Boozy mess.

Poured from 250mL can (bb Nov 26, 2034; thanks Sammy). Very dark brown with minimal tan head. Hot booziness, molasses, feint old woody barrels, hint of wood glue, unbalanced - too boozy, average base.

Cans from House Of Trembling Madness. Black body with a thick tan head. No visible carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of blueberry, bovril, chocolate cake and espresso. Flavour of leather, hazelnut, cigar and roasted malt. Full body with a chewy mouthfeel. Tiniest prickle of carbonation. A rich, concentrated imperial stout. Utterly superb. One of the best imperial stouts I’ve tasted.

Fátyol szerű, de tartós, barna hab, fekete szín. Kávés, kakaós, aszalt sötétgyümölcsös, pörkölt malátás illat. Csokis, kakaóporos, kávés, pörkölt malátás, szilvás, aszalt gyümölcsös ízek. Kissé alkoholos. Testes, enyhén szénsavas, erősen keserű. Finom, de kissé keserűbb, mint kéne.

Pitch black colour with no head.Aroma of licorice and and bourbon nice warming mouth feels hint of wood and barrel nice roasted and toasted taste good full body and well balanced finish.

Black with a medium sized foamy dark brown head. Very boozy with strong floral hops and some Windex. Long boozy finish. Moderately full bodied.

Dark brown almost black with a small brown head. Aroma is dark roasted grains, coffee, chocolate and bourbon barrel. Taste is roasted grains, coffee, chocolate, and bourbon barrel with hints of vanilla.

0,25l can. Bbe Jul 28 2024. Black beer with no head. Aroma has licorice, tobacco, woody barrel, bourbon and dark fruits. Flavor has coffee, dark malts, dark fruits, tobacco and barrel. Very nice, complex and rich. Huge beer.

A totally black beer, high viscosity, a head is very small and dark brown. Aroma has salt liquorice, bourbon, dry barrel, strenght of maltyness, some liquorice and light dried fruitness. Taste has richness of maltyness, liquorice, salt liquorice, light bourbon ja barrel. Powerfull and long lasting taste. Full bodied, warming in the throat, not much stickyness. Very complex, powerfull, but easy to enjoy. Brilliant.

Appearance: opaque petroleum black with a good tan head. Aroma and taste: toast & roast, prunes & dates & figs, beautiful esters, bread, pedigree hop, rich vinous notes, hop. Nice balance. Mouth feel: full body, appropriate carbonation. Overall: exclusive one.
