Bottle at home. [30 month barrel aged with coconut version] Bottle shared at tasting. Opaque black color, small fizzy dark brown, quickly diminishing head. Aroma is malts, roasty a bit and nice liquor influence. Flavor is malts, dark malts, brown malts, liquor, soft coconut, a bit sweet but very well balanced. Lovely.

650ml bottle @ Pien Shop, Helsinki. Sweet, heavy and syrupy with some oily coconut, dark chocolate and bourbon notes. Okay, a bit too sweet though.

Solsletta 311221. Black color with a small beige head. Aroma is roasted malt, coconut, alcohol. Flavor is roasted malt, coffee, dried fruits, bourbon, wood, coconut, alcohol, vanilla. Very nice beer.

Bottle, 22oz. An oily pour, black in color, with a minimal sized dark beige head. The aroma has lots of roasted malts and dark dried fruits, with bourbon, vanilla hints, coconut, booze, some licorice and dark chocolate, a touch of raisin and some brown sugar. It's full-bodied and lightly warming on the palate, sticky and smooth, with a nice sweetness. Roasted malts, coffee hints, dark chocolate, coconut, dark dried fruits and brown sugar in the flavor. Lasting sweet, warming and delicious finish. Wonderful. 211231

Bottle at share. Tuesday, it's a long slog towards the weekend. Black ppour, very thin beige head. Sweet roasty malts start off the aroma, bourbon barrel, then coconut. Taste brings the coconut front and center, blending with the chocolaty, roasty notes for a candy bar feel. Light booziness and warmth..
