Bottle sample@Peders (Cycle Week Event) Copenhagen (09/09/2021) - pours black with a tiny tan head. Dark sweet and roasted malty with prominent coconut throughout, chocolate and some sticky caramel and toffee like sweetness undulating throughout, slick mouthfeel, full bodied, with a lingering coconut infused dark malty finish. Gorgeous. --- Beer merged from original tick of Tuesday (2021) on 26 Mar 2025 at 11:34 - Score: 8. Pitch black pour with a short-lasting espresso head and some coconut oil + coconut sediment floating to the surface. Huge toffee notes up front, followed by coconut, bourbon-soaked cherries, a bit of smoke, oak, vanilla, burnt sugar. Solid stuff, if only a bit too sweet.

Bomber from Tavour. Pours dark brn/blk with a very dark tan head that was slight and transient. Aroma of toasted malt, bourbon and coconut. Very full bodied. Slick in the mouth. Flavor is toasted malt, chocolate, caramel, coconut and vanilla. Not at all dry, but the burnt malt bitter and a little heat help keep the malt under control. Really tasty brew.

Roast and plenty of coconut, some icing sugar. Lots of whiskey here as usual. Black pour with decent head. Syrupy texture. Tons of caramel. Sweet booze bomb finish. Tap at brewery.
