Pint can from Brewer’s Haven. Dark brown pour with a nice tan head. Aroma is rich with roasted malts and light coffee. Really nice balance of roast, coffee, hazelnut… super smooth. Flavorful, but far from overdone. Very sessionable.

Can from Upright. Pours black with a light brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has light roasted malts with some dark grains and a hint of toffee underlying. Flavor has more dark grains with a decent amount of dry roast and just a hint of toffee in the finish.
