On tap at the brewery pours out amber topped with a tan head. Nose is nice rich toasted malts and some caramel nutty notes. Taste is more of the nice malt combo and a little toast.

16oz can pours a deep redish amber with a thin light tan head. Soft woody maltiness. Toasted with a little sweetness. Well balanced, smooth and full Quite good for a style I dont love.

16oz can from Boise Co-op. Dark, clear amber pour, thin tan head. Light malty aroma, nutty. Taste is brown bread, malty, nutty. Touch of dryness, faint bitter notes.
