KØLF 070220. Red golden color with a white head. Aroma is sourness, berries, bread. Flavor is sourness, lingonberries, honey, caramel, bread, fruit. OK beer.

Amber colour with thin head. Aroma has a mix of sweet honey and wheaty Gose. Flavour starts tangy and sharp. The floral honey sweetness comes through well. Aftertaste leaves a little salt. Well made and full flavoured.

On tap at Craft Room, Opatovina, Zagreb. Murky pinkish orange with a small off-white head. Lots of fruit on the nose, apricot, berries, honey, lemon and floral. Moderate sourness, tart finish, fruity flavours, nicely balanced, alcohol quite hidden. Medium body, moderate finish. Liked it. Drank it rather quickly.

Tap, Lajbah. Slightly hazy orange fiery. Medium white head, not so lasting. Strong honey nose, flowers, very strong. Mildly soury, slightly fruity, sweet, some honey sweetness. Light and fresh. Interesting, a bit medicinal.

Draught honingbollen . Still a very discernable acidity, which sits a tad uneasily here. Good, if invisible carbonation; rather well-bodied despite the acidity. Bit clashing flavours.

Hazy honey-golden pour with an off-white head. Notes of fruit berries, resin, salt, light citrus. Good stuff - lots of fruit and a more subtle tartness/saltiness component, compared to the average gose.
