Fantastic sour, mild. Fruity but clean, perfectly fermented. Puhjala Tallinn

The Aromas are wet grain, malt, and fruit. Flavors are sweet tart, Floral, fruit with good carbonation and body. A bit metallic in the Finish. Don't pick up much salt if any. Nice beer though.

Very interesting, it smells like a gose, but the honey takes away virtually all of the sourness. Something salty in the back remains, and maybe a hint of tartness. Heather adds herbality, lingonberries for the fruit, nicely balanced. Strange, but tasty.

Bottle. Color: Orange red, no head. Aroma: Moderate sweet and sour, honey, hints of berries. Taste: Moderate to medium sweet combined with moderate sour notes, lightly to moderate salty and bitterness. Notes of berries (lingonberries, I presume, but I never tasted this berries before) and honey, herbal and flowery hints. Slightly lemonade-like notes. Under medium body, under average carbonation. Pretty unique taste, some complexity and good balance. Alcohol is well hidden. I like this Gose.

Shared bottle. Pours a murky bronze color with a small white head. Aroma and flavors of plum, berries, honey, funk, floral notes, a bit of salt. Strange, not like a traditional gose, but not bad.

Super hazy golden and raw honey, glowing amber coloured body with a thinnish, single centimetre tall off-white head. Aroma of crisp soured and funky fruits with apricots, peaches, pears, plums, grass, yeast, bread, funk, oak and dried figs all noticeable - very funky, very fruity and showing a touch of alcohol as well. Medium-bodied; Deep assertive and astringent funkiness up front with a big dose of lemon and citrus along with a grassy dry note with some herbs and floral aspects, but the biggest note of all is all the fruit - berries, apricots, grapefruit, prunes and pears are all noticeable, but the funky qualities remain and are quite strong. Aftertaste shows the grain and funkiness with a good deal of bread/yeast and oaky dryness with a ton of fruits, soured qualities and alcohol still near the end. Overall, an interesting and exciting beer that shows a lot of flavour, perhaps too much, and a pungently funky quality that i'm not quite sure what style this was trying to be, but was neat to try, even though I wouldn't do so again at this price point and still wouldn't classify this as a gose at all. I sampled this 33 cL bottle purchased from Knightly Spirits in Orlando, Florida (Orange Blossom Trail) on 05-May-2018 for US$5,69 sampled less than a month later on 02-June-2018 at home in Washington.

Beer Table To Go, NYC bottle: pours a murcky peach red color with a white loose head. Aroma is lingonberries and herbs. Taste is a bit salty. Lots of lingonberries. Some sugar. Vague medicinal herbalness. Not a fan.

Bottle, 330 ml, from Že v Redu Primož. Shared with Max and JFK10000. Orange with small white head. Sweetish, citrus, sweetish, strawberry. Salty. Medium bodied.
