Our first foeder aged pilsner has arrived! Lagered for 6 weeks before aging in Missouri White Oak Foeders for another 6 weeks. This crisp golden-colored pilsner is wonderfully clean and approachable, with complex undertones of eucalyptus and cedar and some pleasant spice notes. Herbal and bready aroma that finishes with a cleansing bitterness.

16oz can pours out golden topped with a white head. Nose is nice grain grassy hops and a little oak. Taste is more of the nice sweet grain grassy hops and a touch of oak barrel.

16oz can at share. Cloudy golden pour with a small frothy white head. Bready, grainy aroma, dough. Taste is simple pale malts, grassy notes, mild sweetness, smooth finish.
