Emphasizing hop aroma and flavor without bracing bitterness the New England IPA leans heavily on late hop additions and dry hopping techniques to deliver a bursting juicy and tropical hop experience. The skillful balance of technique and ingredient selection often includes wheats or oats eating an alluring haze. This double version is higher and alcohol as well as double dry hopped, a technique using double the amount of hops in two separate DryHop additions

On tap at the brewery pours out hazy golden topped with a white head. Nose is nice sweet tropical fruit hops and some grain. Taste is more of the nice sweet tropical hops and a great end.

Taster at Boise brewpub. Sweet, citrusy aroma. Taste brings a little spruce, oily, bitter, slick

On Tap at Homestead Lightly foggy pale dull straw with a thin soapy head and lacing. Mild faint pale malts, a more grassy herbal floral hop presence. A bit dank and woody.
