Born and bred in Ballard the USA, this IPA rocks the old school and new school hops. Chinook and Centennial hops from Roy Farms bring the pine, grapefruit and lemon while Vic Secret hops pack a pineapple, passion fruit punch. To keep this party rockin' 8 days a week, we kept the malt bill soft and gentle on the palate. Like a lemon to a lime, a lime to a lemon, you'll sip this def ale with all the fine women...and men....or whoever you want to sip it with. 16oz can.

16 oz. can, pours a clear pale copper with a small white head. Aroma brings out bright piney and citrusy hops, a hint of stone fruits, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is super vibrant and bright, with assertive piney hops, bright citrus, some tropical stone fruits, and just enough biscuity malt to back. What a bright hop expression. Vibrant, piney, nicely bitter, amply fruity finish. Gem of a west coast IPA here.

16oz can at share. Clear golden pour with a small white foamy head. Malty, grainy aroma, hops. Hops lead the taste with green, piney flavors, light citrus and biscuity malts. Nice feel, smooth.

Draft 16 oz pour enjoyed at Stoup Kenmore. Clean golden orange pour with active carb and plenty of sticky foam head and lacing. Unique IPA here, with a totally thin appearance, but a creamy, rich mouthfeel. Piney amd citrus combo. Layer hop bill here. Plenty going on with this brew. Juicy, yet bold. Big in flavor, yet easy drinking. Not surprised I waited until a new location opened to finally try the beer named after Ballard. Worth the wait though. Solid IPA all around.
