When we think of easter, we think of complex aromas and flavors. We think of tropical fruit, pineapple, mango, pear, pine, citrus, watermelon, stone fruit, candy, and zesty tangerine reminiscent of marmalade. Eestar!

Last year, for last Easter, we brewed Easter '23. It was an excellent continuance of our DIPA brewing, aiming at that ever-changing perfect DIPA. It embodied everything we had learned from dreaming up and brewing all our previous DIPAs. And it followed straight from our then-latest varieties, Supreme and Tiptop, albeit with a holiday twist.

What made Easter '23 so special? Well, hops! Easter '23 was bursting with all that holiday spirit and was smack dab full of El Dorado, Idaho 7, and Simcoe hops. Creating a much-needed downtime juice.

You loved that beer as much as we did. And another year of dreaming up and brewing DIPAs has passed. So we're taking another year's worth of experience and putting it all into re-brewing, re-imagining, and re-visiting our favorite holiday special. Here you go, Easter '24. Feathers and bunnies!
