Best before in 2021. Trying this bottle yesterday at home, relax during the supper. Light and interesting sour beer with cynamon and clove note, typical sourness, lactic, typical yeast, dry, a bit light and short in aromas at the final, 06.04.22, at Epalinges.

Bottled. Hazy orangeish amber colour with a minor white head. Aroma is spices, some slight tartness and mild spruce. Flavour is tart wood, spruce, some spices, mild berries and some gingery tones.
