Bottled. Reddish brown colour with a slightly off-white head. Aroma is toffee, some spices, mild sourness as well as some slight honey notes. Flavour is nicely tart berries, some slight spices, honey and mild toffeeish and fudgelike notes.

Backlog January 2019. Unclear amber body with a big off-white head. Strong spicy aroma with berries, mulled wine and Christmas spices. A really funny beer to taste, this has acidic cherry, mulled wine, gingerbread and Christmas spices all together in a messy mix, still it doesn’t taste silly – it’s definitively a nice beer to drink. Freely after an old Zappa quote: ‘Does humor belong in beer?’ – The answer is YES.
