Over Zealous - our interpretation of Zeal (our Double India Pale Ale) taken to the extreme, as an Imperial India Pale Ale. This beer features our personally selected Nelson Sauvin, and Southern Cross hops sourced from Freestyle Hops in New Zealand. Pushing the Southern Hemisphere limits, we included Phantasm(a powder produced from Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc grapes) in our dry hop schedule.

16oz can from Tavour. Pale, hazy golden, scant head. Aroma is tropical, fruity, citrus. Taste is tropical, fruity, pineapple.

16oz can pours out hazy golden topped with a white head. Nose is nice big citrus hops some over ripe melons. Taste is more of the nice sweet melons over ripe citrus hops.
