Blends the character of Belgian Abbey yeast with monumental dry hop regimens using the latest Ales for ALS hop blend. This year's batch highlights dank aromas of resinous pine, flavors of malt sweetness & a hint of tropical fruit. The result is bold and complex, yet dangerously smooth.

16oz can from Boise Co-op. Dark golden pour, mild haze, foamy head fades to thin cap. Aroma is a nice balance of yeast and malts. Taste is malty, sweet, the Belgian yeast adding nots of sourdough and honey. All this leads to a nice mild crisp bitterness at the finish. Smooth, silky textures.
