A bright citrus aroma leads to a pleasantly smooth body with a subtle hop spice that lingers in the background. Dry hopped.

AT the source: pours slightly hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is grapefruit and pine. Taste is somewhat bitter. Fruity. Bitter hop aftertaste.

Sample at the brewery and a crowler taken home consumed later, 6/4/16.
Light haziness in the peachy-gold body, with some very light graham cracker hues and a moderate-sized, white head showing strong retention.
Very bright, clean, citrus in the nose deftly blends with biscuit and honey-like malts. Tangerine, apricot and very light grapefruit for just a bit of zip. Smells "soft" and inviting, with no resin or any other undesirable hop qualities. Clean, no alcohol.
A shot of honey-caramel-like maltiness opens up the flavor, as light stone fruits, dank, spicy, green notes and soft, lemony citrus all perk up. The maltiness remains, providing ample texture and every time towards the finish, the bitterness crescendos but falls short of ever harrying/fatiguing. Just as quick as it comes, it’s whisked away on a crisp, balanced, well-carbonated ending with lingering malt, citrus and apricot-like notes. Really nice stuff!
