This spontaneous ale is an American interpretation of a lambic. A cool ship was placed at the Three Sisters Gardens at the Blue Sky Ranch in Wanship, Utah in 2021. The result is a dry, yet fruity sour ale, driven by the natural yeast of the area and two years of oak aging.

750ml bottle from Sledutah. Pale golden pour, airy white head, lacing. Funky aroma, fruity, cheese. Taste is lemony, woody, white grapes. Medium tartness.

750ml bottle picked up at the brewery. Pours clear light golden with a medium sized white head, light lacing. Citrus, grains, straw, barnyard, cheese, Brett, grapes, woody, tart, lime. Wow, the warmer it gets, the more complex.
