The evolution is here and we are excited to bring it to you. MC³ breaks the laws of physics and implodes reality. Our flagship DIPA ‘MC²’ is photon’s hopping rate SQUARED, this TIPA is photon’s hop bill CUBED. Where Photon explodes into a rainbow of flavors, our first ever Double Whirlpool (DW) creates a rainbow of flavor that gets focused back to a singular stream of deliciousness as the next step in this energy evolution. This unique DW works synergistically with the appropriate Energy DH treatment.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
MC³ is basically MC² on the maximum permissible dose (MPD) of steroids. Extremely bright citrus, big mango, and assorted melon aroma and flavors. A dense hop saturated mouthfeel from our Double Whirlpool coats the tongue and our EQ juice is amplified by our Energy dry-hop methods to near cosmic boom levels.

From a pint can. Pours a hazy gold with an off white head. Aromas are dank hay. Flavors are bitter pine and citrus.

Tall can from Brewcraft at home after passport photos. Hazy not opaque orange pour with sudsy frog eye white head that sticks. Aroma is more subtle than expected - papaya, mango, orange not much alcohol. Nice. Taste is huge bitter juicy boozy hit up front, orange juice with mango, orange rind and pith, but also lots of pine resin. Strong alcohol bite. Not as fruity as many hazy IPAs, which I like. Surprisingly dry finish for something so juicy. I like it. Palate is really good like many equilibrium beers - rich and smooth and somewhat frothy soft. Second best of this batch of equilibrium beers - uncorked was my favorite but this is great too.

Pours a hazy, brown mustard color, with smallish head. Aroma is full of booze, with citrus and tropical fruit elements. Flavor is also booze, booze, booze. With some citrus and some tropical fruit. This is almost sickly sweet, with some pine-spruce hops at the finish. I really don't think it makes sense to push these things much past the 8% ABV range...

Draft. An unclear brown beer with a lazing beige head, again a very ugly beer. The aroma has notes of hops, citrus fruits, straw, peaches, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of hops, citrus fruits, malt, lactose, and peaches, leading to a bitter finish.

Can picked up from recent Himmeriget Equilibrium event and shared at home - hazed orange with a puffy white head and sticky lacing. Tropical fruity action with hits of papaya and mango, melon, tangerine, light tingling hop spice, full and thick fruity mouthfeel, punchy fruity robust hoppy finish. Goes down a treat. --- Beer merged from original tick of MC on 26 Mar 2025 at 11:55 - Score: 8.
