The Gypse grew up on strawberry rhubarb pie, it was a favorite of her mother's. Though she never baked it herself, it was bought at the bakery and brought home to eat with ice-cream. This mead tastes very much like the insides of a pie, all that's missing is the crust!

Bottle at Doug's Christmas party. Pours clear straw yellow, no head or lacing. Honey, strawberry, rhubarb. Ok

750ml bottle pours out pale straw. Nose is sweet honey light berries and some wine notes. Taste is more of the light berries some wine notes and a little honey.

Bottle from Toby. Pale golden pour, still, looks like White wine. Strong aroma of honey. Taste is honey too, not much strawberry or rhubarb.
