On tap at the Boise brewery/taproom Deep dark chocolate brown with a thin dense mocha head. Chocolate and a touch of coffee in the aromas. Smooth full bodied and more light roast and chocolate on the maltiness. Pleasant

On tap at the brewery pours out black topped with a tan head. Nose is nice coffee roast forward and some dark chocolate. Taste is more of the nice dark chocolate and well balanced coffee. Easy drinking stout

Half pour at Woodland. Near black pour, fluffy beige head, lacing. Roasty aroma, chocolate, light coffee. Taste is mildly bitter, roasty, coffee present but not overpowering. Pleasant.
