We fermented 420 lbs of Sweet Cherries from the Oregon Fruit company in the fermenter as well as a couple of gallons of wild cherry flavoring in the final product. The result is a tasty blonde ale with subtle wild cherry notes in the aroma as well as a well-balanced yet subdued cherry flavor. Highly drinkable with a crisp finish and still very much tastes like beer rather than cherry juice.

Taster at Boise Brewing. Clear amber pour, ring of head. Aroma and taste are hard candy cherry. Sweet, sugary, but refreshing.

On tap at the brewery pours out red topped with a white head. Nose is cherry notes some light grain wheat. Taste is more of the nice sweet light cherry and some grain.

Rather dark redish amber, full fine tan head. Dark cherry on the nose and within the amber toasted maltiness. Some bready pie crust character as well. Full bodied.
