Bottle. Pours amber. Aroma is fake cocoa powder, malt, grains. Flavor is sweet and bitter, sour, cocoa powder, grains, malt, watery, dirty. Overall: not an horror.

Es mag daran liegen, dass ich zu sehr die europäischen, besonders belgischen, Biere mit Schokoladenaroma gewöhnt bin, aber mir persönlich war das Bier zu fade. Es ist nach einem alten Rezept der Mayas von dem deutschen Auswanderer Thomas Wagner gebraut und ich kann mir gut vorstellen, dass die Mayas damals so ein Getränk genossen haben. Und damals gab es eben noch keine Möglichkeiten, wie es moderen Brauereien haben. Ein gutes Stück Geschichte mit interessanten Geschmack.

Aroma: Fruity and sugary sweet with some synthetic chocolate. Flavour: Fruity sweetness with little sour fruits and a synthetic chocolate aftertaste. Colour: Dark amber with a white head.

Bottle 330ml. [ As Cerveza de los Mayas ].Clear medium orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, dusty, nutty, pale malt, tart, light chocolate, soured milk - lacto. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a average to long duration, artificial chocolate, chocolate, dusty, sweet chocolate. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottle. Frothy White good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Light sweet and bitter ugly cake flavor. Short finish. watery palate, Ugly.

Bottle, 6% Clear amber with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, caramel, artificial chocolate and dusty. Flavour is malt, caramel, artificial chocolate, dusty, medium sweet, little thin and a very little bitter.

Bottle @ Aarhus tasting, my place. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are artificial chocolate, syrup, malt and hops. Cloying and odd.
