This Belgian Tripel is a fine example of a strong Trappist ale that is pale in color, spicy, and dry with a nicely rounded malt character. Cheers to Chris, Lisa, and Meg - the three ladies of Double Groove who brewed this to celebrate International Women's Day!

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 5.5
Taster at Double Groove. Clear, medium golden pour, spotty head, lacing. Aroma is malty, buttery, yeasty. Taste is malty, yeast fades, sweet. Oily feel. Aroma seemed on target, taste strays a bit. Sticky finish.
