Join us on a cosmic journey as we celebrate four Earth years traveling around the sun brewing beer! ??
We maxed out our mash tun brewing this massive IPA, crafted with an enormous base of extra pale Maris Otter barley malt layered with a heavy hand of malted wheat and oats and fortified with a touch of Belgian candi sugar.
We added some Cascade hops to the mash, a touch of Cryo Citra hops in the kettle, and dip hopped heavily in the fermenter with Citra Incognito to maximize the pleasant tropical and floral aromatics.
Towards the tail end of a vigorous fermentation we hit this stratospheric quadruple IPA with a dry hop charge of concentrated Motueka CGX pellets and then post fermentation dry hopped it a second time with a fragrant blend of Cashmere and Superdelic.
Together, these celestial hops harmonize in a symphony of aromatics and flavor, creating a sipping experience that’s an ethereal delight for the senses.
We get notes of sweet mango juice, fresh apricots, overripe pineapple, fruit cup, peach gummy worms, geraniums, sugarcane mojito, and a warming tropical breeze.

16oz can from my brother. Cloudy golden pour, what little head exists settles out. Fruity aroma, caramel. Taste brings in light citrus notes,k orange juice, sweet. Almost syrupy body, oily, sticky. P
