With the Rubbish recipe, we took the hazy IPA down to its simplest parts: pils malt, flaked wheat and oats, single hopped with Citra. Candied orange flavors and a zippy finish make it immensely crushable.

Draft pours cloudy yellow with a thin white head that quickly reduces to lace. Silky mouthfeel, flavors of pine and citrus, peppery bitterness. Very nice!

Passion fruit and tangerine. Pretty well done. Pours murky yellow with good soap bubbles. Light hop tang finish and a bit of caramel. Great balance. Well done hazy. Tap at brewery.

16 ounce can from brewery. Hazy yellow gold pour. Frothy white head. Fresh citrus fruit aroma. Flavor upfront is bittersweet citrus. Notes of grapefruit, tangerine and lemon. Nice balance of bready malt and citrusy hops. Well done.

Draft at the POPE. Hazy yellow pour, tight white foamy head. Fruity aroma, citrus, oats. Taste is gentle fruity flavors, some citrus, some tropical, all layered on a velvety smooth body. So damn delicious
