VII XXV XVIl is a Wheatwine ale with delicate aromas of candied orange, vanilla bean and Sauvignon Blanc. VII XXV XVIl was brewed with over 50% Solstice red wheat malt helping contribute to a lusciously smooth and complex mouthfeel. Our Wheatwine has light caramel wheat malt character with soft hop bitterness allowing for the flavors of orange zest, honey and banana to shine. VIl XXV XVIl finishes with a light warming alcohol and should age gracefully for years to come.
