XII XI XIII is an American barleywine with aromas of caramelized malt sugar, dark cherries, figs and pine. It was boiled for over six hours to help develop flavors of caramel, raisins, vanilla and resinous hop bitterness. XII XI XIII has a luscious mouthfeel and finishes with a warming alcohol that will allow the beer to age gracefully for years to come.

16oz can picked up at the brewery. Pours dark amber with a small beige head, light lacing. Toffee, malty, pine resin, citrus, spicy hops. Good.

16oz can at share. Amber pour topped with a small beige head. Aroma brings notes of caramel, toasty malts, light sweetness. taste is sweet malts, toffee, tannins and some booze.

16oz can pours out hazy caramel color topped with a sand head. Nose is caramel toffee sweet malts and some light hops. Taste is more of the nice sweet caramel toffee malts a touch of citrus.
