Molto equilibrata e piacevole, prodotta con acqua fresca di sorgente Ciao.Ticino brilla come la valle in cui nasce, la stupenda Valle Maggia.
I sapori dei cereali e del luppolo rimangono leggeri al palato.

gift from a friend - many thanks, Ivett! opalescent pale yellow colour, minimal off-white head; aroma of lemongrassy-lemon peel, piney, some herbal and grainy notes; taste has similar notes to the aroma with quite intensive hoppy bitterness; quite good one!

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso l'orzo. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di aspetto velato. Il colore è giallo ambrato. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è normale e permane in maniera sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, pane cotto di recente, erbaceo e agrumi.

Thanks Alex to give me this beer from Ticino. Enjoying it, yesterday night, at home, tired and it was a perfect deal to keep cool. A bit similar with the Houleuse, brewed on the Belgian way, light and watery after some sips more malty, yeasty, fruity. 08.01.25

Appearance: Yellow golden, crystal clear. Decent, fizzy off-white head. Aroma: Light fruits and honey. Some pale malt. Taste: Pale malt, honey sweetness. Some fruits in there, low hops. Ok thirst quencher. Bought: Tessiner Spezialitäten, 330 ml, CHF 3.80 Info: 23/12-2022, BB: 2/3-2023
