Bottle from Carrefour. Igazán aromagazdag nem tolakodik, citrusos ízjegyek. Mi kell még? Esetleg kísérőnek egy kis polipsaláta!

300ml bottle [Thanks Michel!]. Cloudy, orangey golden colour with average, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Minimally strawy and grainy malty, and slightly fruity aroma, hints of apricot, mirabelle, a touch of peach. Taste is minimally sweet caramel malty and slightly fruity, hints of apricot, mirabelle, some peach. Rather light and almost a bit watery for 7.5% abv, therefore the alcohol isn't completely hidden and shines through in the finish. Just OK.

L'intensità olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una discreta resistenza. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana media. La carbonazione è nella norma. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. La frizzantezza si presenta in perlage da bollicine medio-fini. La carbonazione è bassa. Il colore è giallo dorato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è non invasivo. L'intensità gustativa è normale, con continuità sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali che permangono sono di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Sul palato si depositano note di caramello, miele, cereali e frutta secca.

bottiglia 50 cl, schiuma bianca media grana abbastanza persistente, color giallo/arancio torbido, al naso malto frutta matura miele, in bocca malto caramello frutta gialla matura, carbonatazione moderata, corpo rotondo, leggero acidula, l'amaro è troppo accetuato e la rende poco equilibrata. 17.12.17

Bottle from Conrad, Rimini as Cavalieri Doppio Malto Bionda. Pours slightly hazy golden colour with a large white head. Aroma of malt, caramel, corn, fruit, grass and straw. Medium plus sweetness and moderate bitterness. Medium body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation.

Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are sweet malt, fruits, hops and has a sweet and bitter grassy finish.

Bottle from the Villa Market, Bangkok. poured a hazy straw colour with a frothy white head and lots of bubbles. The aroma is malt, light fruit, floral hop. the flavour is moderate bitter with a light, crisp, malty woody, light alcoholic bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Not great at all. Very one dimensional. Nice label though and that's the best I can say!

swing top bottle 750ml. -from Area 12 Torino as I Cavalieri Doppio Malto Bionda. Cloudy yellow coloured, medium sized creamy white head, pleasant fruity hoppy nose. Moderate malty, fruity hoppy, slight citrusy and mild alcoholic with bitterish finish. Surprisingly good indeed.

Fles meegebracht van vakantie om thuis te proeven. Lekkere hoppige geur. In de licht bittere smaak komen de kruiden goed tot hun recht.
