A true all malt beer inspired by the tradition of Strong Ale. Its appearance is characterized by an intense yellow colour, naturally cloudy, with honey-coloured tones. The head is white and persistent. The aroma of this beer is characterized by fresh herbaceous notes of aroma hops. The use of special malts in this recipe provides sweet notes of malt and honey. The flavour confirms intense notes of barley malt and caramel, balanced by the bitterness of the hops, with hints of ripe fruit due to the high-fermentation yeast used. The finish is persistent and complex.

Közepes, nem túl tartós hab, homályos, borostyán szín. Malátás alapon, komlós, zöldfűszeres illat. Malátás alapon, gyümölcsös, enyhén fűszeres, leheletnyit karamelles ízek. Közepesen testes, közepesen szénsavas, enyhén keserű. Finom, komplex sör.

Lemon and a little light leather, but really not much to this one. Golden pour with ok head. Light tangy finish. Not a lot to this one. Some booze. Bottle.

9 October 2021. At Pinco Pallino, Poznan. Cheers to the lovely Anke!
Hazy golden, small, foamy, white head. Aroma of honey, marmalade, ripe apricot, apple, plum, pear, wet pepper. Taste has sweet apple, pear & apricot over a malty base of honey & (white) bread, some spicy phenols. Floral hoppy finish, slightly grassy, spicy, more sweet ripe fruit that covers the boozy gin-like alcohol. Medium body, slick texture, average carbonation. Bit on the crude side but enjoyable.

0.3 l bottle, a sample from Cro Craft. Shared at the Pivoteka Tasting Table. Clear golden, small off-white head. Pungent aroma, harsh and heavy. Rotten fruit, cardboard and butter. Malty, grainy and bready background. Truly terrible. Flavour is chalky, cardboard, rotten cooked vegetable. Light body, moderate carbonation, light finish. Difficult to drink.
