Dit is een imperial mexicake stout, dat wil zeggen dat er kaneel, gerookte jalapeno en cacao in zit. Qua smaak is hij in eerste instantie behoorlijk zoet en komt de kaneel en cacao je tegemoet, met een flinke nabrander van de jalapeno.

On tap at the brewery, black beer, small head. Aroma is roast, malt, chocolate, cinnamon, hint of coffee. Taste is the same, bitter, sweet, cinnamon, chocolate, coffee, malt, spice burn in the end. Nice one
