Juicier and fruitier than regular Torpedo, which, to be honest, ain’t a major feat. But that’s one of the things I like about plain Torpedo; it’s a lovely throwback IPA, as about the malt and pine as the citrus. Here, the malt base seems similar, but the hops are more of a fruit candy variety, adding sweetness but not a whole lot more depth. Good, but not an improvement.

Starts off with a great grapefruit and pine like aroma. Golden pour with decent head. Body isn't quite there the way it is in a regular torpedo though. Not as much bitterness in the finish. A bit of that hop tang. Good but i prefer the original. Tap at Rustico.

Bottle at home from Sterk, Amsterdam, 11th February 23. Pours a clear golden. Aroma is grapefruit, dank notes, taste is quality, bitter and dank, grapefruit and more bitterness in the finish, nice one

Pours a clear golden with a frothy white head. Aroma of pine resin, passionfruit. Taste has more passionfruit, some lingering citrus oils, resin. Palate has fruity notes linger on the nose, some mild resin and booze residuals. Pretty good.

12 ounce bottle from Festival Northland, 11/20/22. Gold, slight haze. Large white head, good retention. Aroma of leafy, herbal hop, melon, tropical fruit. Taste is melon, dank, lime, passionfruit. Juicy, mild bitterness.

Bottle, mix pack from Food Lion in Ruckersville... much better than the one near me. Gold with a white head. Tropical fruit (including pineapple), pot, pine, orange peel nose. Grapefruit peel, pineapple, pine, caramel, leaf. Tastes very fresh.
