For this small batch pilsner, we wanted to highlight a special variety of locally grown Edelweiss European Malt that was grown from heirloom seeds by our friends at Sugar Creek. This small batch pilsner highlights this historical malt and offers a crisp, malt forward body with a floral, citrusy aroma and straw backnotes. Traditional noble hop characteristics are balanced by flavors of honey, melon and a light earthiness on the finish.

Lemon, biscuit malt, orange peel, and hay aroma. Slightly hazy golden yellow with moderate white head. Mildly sweet lemon/orange, biscuit malt, and moderately bitter orange peel and grass flavor. Good body.
