We switched the recipe up from last year! We dialed back the chocolate malt and tried a new Hefe yeast. Brewed with a blend of wheat, barley, rye, caramalt and chocolate malt. Lightly hopped with Magnum. Aroma is nicely balanced between clove and banana, and that balance holds through on the palate. Light milk chocolate note balanced by spice and a sprightly carbonation level.

Banana, chocolate malt, and hay aroma. Hazy brown with moderate head. Moderately sweet banana, clove, chocolate wheat malt, and mildly bitter hay flavor. Good body.
