Brewed as a shout-out to our friends Guide & Anchor, this grisette is brewed with American 6-row barley, wheat and German rye. Hopped with Lotus and Czech Saaz, hot and and cold steeped with sweet lemon peel. Rustic and chewy, aromas of pepper and Belgian funk, with notes of subtle lemon sweetness and herbal spice.

Biscuit malt and hay aroma. Hazy golden yellow with moderate white head. Lightly sweet biscuit malt, and mildly bitter hay flavor. Okay body.
