I do enjoy it. It is super clean, heavy on the malt sweetness, great clear ruby color. Balanced to some extent by a healthy dose of hops, but not on the bitter side. Wildeman ams

0.33 l can from 'Mr. Hop', best before May 2026. A little hazy, deep amber with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, off-white head. Intensely sweetish-malty, gently fruity, slightly yeasty aroma of molasses, orange peel, candied orange, raisins, marzipan and light pine. Quite sweet, malty, moderately bitter, gently fruity, slightly yeasty and a bit resiny taste of molasses, raisins, candied orange, pine, grapefruit, pine and some marzipan, followed by a long, quite bitter, slightly boozy finish. Medium to full body, smooth and slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. An American-style Quad, fairly hoppy, not overly yeasty. Difficult to judge the quality of the 'base beer' due to the high bitterness. Overall quite nice though.
