It’s Berliner Weisse, bitch! Low in ABV and refreshingly tart, this sour wheat beer will have you screaming "gimme gimme more!" Being a bright and fresh brew, we couldn't think of a better person to inspire us than the Princess of Pop herself (and yes, the brewers jammed out to her entire discography).

Lemon, wheat malt, sour milk, and straw aroma. Very pale yellow with small head. Slightly sweet lemon, wheat malt, moderate sour lactic/citric acid, and lightly bitter straw aroma. Good body.
