Intensiver malziger Beginn mit passender Süße, dabei fällt das starke Zimtaroma sofort auf. Etwas alkoholisch, was aber kaum stört, weiterhin viel Zimt, die Süße nimmt dabei leicht ab. Süffig, cremig, geringfügig röstig, spät kommt ein Vanillearoma hinzu. Trocken malziger Abgang. 9/11/12/11//11

A black beer with a tan head. Aroma of intense cinnamon, dark malt, vanilla, chocolate. Taste of strong cinnamon, sticky sweet dark malt, chocolate, vanilla.

Pint can from Vintage Estate, 8/24/22. Black, large tan head, good retention. Aroma of cinnamon, chocolate, vanilla. Smells insanely sweet. Hopefully the taste is more balanced. Taste is vanilla, coconut, cinnamon, roast, chocolate. Slick, full bodied. WAY too sweet. This is why I hate pastry stouts.

Can - black pour - really heavy on the cinnamon, which is present not only in the flavor, but in a gritty residue on the sides of the glass - some vinous and umami notes, a bit of cherry - overly spiced and a bit sharp.

Panda 🐼 at home thanks to Wingman. A thick oily brown black coloured pour with a swirl of dark tan head. Aroma is big chocoalte fudge cake, rocky road, fluff, vanilla, sticky brown sugars. Flavour is composed of thick sticky chocolate fudge , coconut, bounty bar, , some bitter chocolate roast in the finish. Palate is suuupper sweet, sticky, oily, mellow carbonation. Big ol pasty. I liked it.

Panda at home, thanks to Dave, 16/05/22. Black with a good sized lasting tan head. Nose is dark malts, cinnamon, spice, chocolate, vanilla, herb, mellow roast. Taste comprises dark malts, spice, charr, cinnamon tones, herb, toffee, dark malts, light roast. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced kiss of alcohol. Interesting impy which I enjoyed... good balance ... not sweet with a bitter / spicy edge.
