Draft. A cloudy golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of lemons, funk, and wood. The flavor is a bit sour with notes of lemons, brettanomyces, and wood, leading to a tart finish.

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Clear golden, small head. Funky citric nose. Tart with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Citric with funky apricot. Oaky tart and fairly complex.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Yellowish golden colour, small white foamy head. Aroma is fruity, nectary, some dried wood with mild tartish berries. Flavour is citrus, mild acidity, some spiciness, brettyish tones with some rather dry wooden elements to it.

Bottle from Observatoriet @ Blåvand. Pours slightly hazy yellow with a small white head, light lacings. Aroma of sourness, light malt, yeast, flowers, tart fruit, citrus. Flavor is quite sour, little malt, yeast, flowers, tart fruit, grapes, light oak. Medium body, average carbonation, dry and acidic finish. 100224

ABV: 6.5%. Clear light to medium yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, herbs, meadow, moderate yeasty, barnyard, leather, funk, grapes - gooseberry, lemongrass. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, lemongrass, meadow, hibiscus, herbs, tart - sour, dry'ish, wheat, barnyard, funky. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20240204]
