Can from Steengaard, Beder. Black with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, caramel, coconut, spicy and vanilla. Flavor is very sweet and light bitter. Sweet finish with warming alcohol. Oily. 050324

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Black, small head. Concentrated aroma of toasted coconut. Sweet with medium to full body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Slightly caramelly, but flavour is near 100% toasted coconut. Sharp finish with low bitterness. Extremely one dimensional.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Pitch black colour, small white head. Aroma is nutmeg, chocolate, some almonds and mild coconut and alcohol. Flavour is vanilla, chocolate, some almonds, coconut, alcohol and mild nutmeg and latte. Coconut, chocolate and some syrupy tones with a sting of alcohol in the finish.

Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, caramel, chocolate, dark chocolate, cake, drømmekage, coconut - candy (brown sugar). Flavor is heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, coconut - candy (brown sugar), drømmekage - dream cake, chocolate, alcohol, dark malt, caramel. Body is medium to full, texture is creamy, carbonation is soft, finish feel is warming and light to moderate alcoholic. [20240204]
