Mix ferm gently sour beer with a maceration of locally foraged Artemisia Abrontanum (tastes a bit like cola) and limequats (mix of lime and kumquats) from a producer in the Pyrénées (1h45 drive). 3 month lagering in tanks.

0,33l bottle at at. big gusher. yellow hazy color, rather big white head. smells funky, brett, grassy, earthy, leathery, bit rubbery, light candy. nice smell. medium body, soft carbonation. tastes leathery, peppery, flowery, rubbery. finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of leathery, peppery and earthy notes. decent, rather young, not overly special.

Too weird for me. I like cola but I didn't finish this. It's a cool idea though.
