Almost clear, pale golden color and a tiny white head. Brett, Finish, acidic, Lemon, tart. Nice

Bottle shared. Hazy yellow golden with small head. Indeed some green apples and white grapes, wheat, quite some cellar notes, cider, lemon zest, grassy and citrussy hops. Medium sour, light sweet and bitter. Lovely.

Super! Definitely get green apple and a bit of yogurt actually. Tart but not puckering. Amazing what you can do with hops, malts and yeast.
