Bottiglia.

Clear golden colour with fluffy head. It's a fairly flavoursome Pils albeit with slightly skunky hop notes. Forgivable though.

Bottle from Prix. Golden color, light hue, white head. Aroma is grainy, light malty, straw, paper, a sour note, vaguely citrusy, light metallic. Taste a bit flat grainy with a tart aftertaste. Average carbonation, light body, dry finish, easy to drink.

11/5/2021. Bottle courtesy of Idiosynkrasie, cheers Boris! Pours slightly hazy pale gold with a frothy white head. Aroma of grain, sweet malt, biscuit, banana, citrus, grass, touch of herb. Medium sweetness and light bitterness. Moderate body, average to soft carbonation. Quite likeable. Refreshing on a hot spring evening.

330ml bottle. Clear, yellow-ish golden colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Grainy, strawy, minimally spicy, malt and grassy hoppy aroma, Taste is mildly bitter hoppy, grainy and strawy pale malty, minimally biscuity, little residual sweetness, a minimally tart-ish, grassy hoppy touch of sorrel, chlorophyll, lemon peel. Oily texture, smooth and soft palate, fine, minimally prickly carbonation. Quite drinkable, refreshing - nothing spectacular, but also not the worst Helles.

33cl bottle: BBE Feb 2020. poured into a vase shaped 'Watzdorfer Brau' glass at home on 16th Aug 2019. Pale golden body, short lived white head. Light malty nose and taste, dry and pretty boring to be honest, strange aftertaste, struggled to finish the bottle, got worse as it warmed up a bit.
