A refreshing Gose carefully made with Acidulated Malt and sea salt. Clean fermented using an American Ale Yeast and finished with a cautious quantity of raspberries to deliver a smashable Summer beer.

Hotel tasting. Imperial Hotel. Can. Hazy peach beer, small pale cream colour head. Airy palate, semi dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Soft berry fruits, very mellow savoury vibe. Floral berry fruits. Not unpleasant but wishy washy.

Can at The Wolf; hazy pink pour pour with a bubbly white, aroma has peach and raspberry, taste has raspberry, lemon, quite fresh.
