Sour Ale con aggiunta di caffè miscela Kenia che sprigiona sentori floreali e fruttati di pompelmo rosa e pesca. L’utilizzo del frumento rende il corpo rotondo e setoro che, bilanciato con l’acidità tipica delle sour, la rende fresca e molto beverina. Il sorso è avvolgente nonostante il corpo leggero, e la freschezza data dall’acidità lascia sul finale la dolcezza del caffè.

33cl bottle from AbeerVinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours amber gold, fairly transparent, with no foam. Aroma is vegetable, with a slight feeling of coffee. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is balanced between moderate sweetness and bitterness. Final is average.

Säuerlicher, hintergründig wässriger Beginn. Weicher milder Kaffee, geringe Herbe, ansteigende Säure, die aber nie über ein Mittelmaß hinausgeht. Spritzig, eher kurzer Abgang. 10/8/7/8/10/7
