473ml can. Pours a slightly hazy straw colour with a medium, frothy, short lived, white head that leaves curtains of lace. Mild aroma of bready pale malt, funky yeast, lemon zest and floral hops. Sweet flavour of grainy pale malt, lemon zest, funky yeast, white pepper and grassy hops in a crisp, dry, mild bitter finish. Light body with a watery texture and average carbonation. Clean, refreshing and crushable.

On tap at Eighty-Eight, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out rustic saison yeast and toasted biscuity malt. Flavour is bone dry, with rustic saison yeast and dry biscuity malt. Bone dry and highly quaffable. Very good.
