No head left; golden orange, still beer. Smoked, mineral, wood. I really dig the samphire; floral too. Restrained horseblanket. Very special flavours, mineral, horseblanket, tarr; a wild flavour, animal, as a version with different Brettanomyces and other wild yeasts. Mineral, but not salty, as a ?Japanese? version of slightly salted grapes. Light to medium bodied, but quite slick. Very light acidthinning. Very original, new paths opened for lambic. Ought to be retried after some aging. Thanks to David S.!
