Can 33 cl. Pours an almost clear golden with a solid, white head. Heavy banana aroma, some yeastiness as well. Medium body, sweet banana and bubblegum notes, yeasty with a slight, finishing bitterness. 050625

Sample (thanks omhper!). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, some cookie malts, mild wheat and some bananas. Flavour is cookie malts, some grains, bananas and mild herbal tones. Very homebrewish simplistic, but no flaws. Just change the recipe a bit in this will hit the right spots of a good Weiss.
