Sample (thanks omhper!). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, some cookie malts, mild wheat and some bananas. Flavour is cookie malts, some grains, bananas and mild herbal tones. Very homebrewish simplistic, but no flaws. Just change the recipe a bit in this will hit the right spots of a good Weiss.
