Pours clear dark amber with a beige head. Aroma of malt with a touch of smoke. Taste is malt, molasses, stone fruits, bit of smoke and spruce. Good.

Pour is a dark amber with a large tan head. Aroma is sweet molasses and a little smoke. Flavor is brown sugar and molasses. Some dark fruit show up with some spruce follow up. I agree with the Belgian dark listening here. Very much like a Dubbel with dark sugar covered fruit and a heavy rich malt.

Bottle. Amber, brown, dark gold in color. Aroma is roasted grains and spruce. Taste is spruce and roasted grains. Really tasty.

Bottiglia. Sentori di sottobosco vanno a dare soddisfazione al naso. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e l'esistenza olfattiva è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma ha una scarsa tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. La carbonazione è bassa. Il colore è marrone scuro. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è non invasivo. La forza gustativa è elevata e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. L'aroma in bocca porta note di caramello, miele, biscotto, frutta secca, erba e agrumi.

Bottle from Hopt. Aroma is spicy with lots of spruce, sweet brown malt, christmas spices, cloying molasses, caramel, toffee, sugar, notes of liquorice. Flavour is quite sweet, cloying, light to moderate bitter. Body is above medium. Hmmm I like the use of spruce but the winter spices combined with cloying molasses is too much.

Аромат не слишком сильный, весьма пряный и очень солодовый. Цвет темно-коричневый, практически без пены. Вкус прянный, слегка сладкий но весьма простой. По настоящему пиво открывается в послевкусии. Очень мягко но отчетливо чувствуется хорошая ореховая паста, с слегка карамельным оттенком. Когда пиво согревается, можно почувствовать алкоголь.

Õlle on selline jook, et iga uus kord kui klaasi või pudeli suule tõstad, siis leiad midagi uut, sõltuvalt tuhandest-miljonist pisiasjast, mis hetke olukorda mõjutavad. Seega piirdun iga õlle juures selle tekstiga.
