Draught @ Malt & Mold (11/21/18). Murky reddish brown with small frothy beige head, sweet caramel aroma, high carbonation, medium bitter spicy caramel taste with boozy flavor and spices, thin body, long boozy finish. Feels to have a higher ABV than it actually has.

Flaske fra Vinmonopolet Tromsø - Langnes. Dyp amber. Lavt skum med litt farge. Blir for film langs glasset. Aroma av krydder & frukt. Smaken lett ingefær & et varmende krydder.

Sentori di sottobosco vanno a dare soddisfazione al naso. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e l'esistenza olfattiva è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma ha una scarsa tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. La carbonazione è bassa. Il colore è marrone scuro. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è non invasivo. La forza gustativa è elevata e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. L'aroma in bocca porta note di caramello, miele, biscotto, frutta secca, erba e agrumi.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting 27 July. Pours hazy copper brown with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of malt, with notes of caramel, yeast and cinnamon. Sweet flavour of the same ingredients, with bitter hoppy touches. Malty and estery aftertaste with spicy hints. Nice.

27/7/2018. Bottle shared at John's. Pours clear mid brown with small beige coloured head. Aroma of toffee, malt, spruce, winter spices, Christmas cake and a hint of chocolate. Medium plus sweetness, light to moderate bitterness. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation.

Bottle @ Saxo tasting. Hazy brown with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, herbal and Christmas spices. Flavor is quite sweet and light bitter. Sweet finish. 270718

Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is dark amber. Aroma and taste are ginger, cloves and other christmas spices, malt, caramel and hops. A real christmas beer and that is not nescessarily a good thing :)
